We recommend antibody dilution: western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/100-1/200), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), flow cytometry (dilution 1/50). Western blot demonstrated that R33-7O-8 recognized a target protein with a molecular weight of 18 kDa.
