Rabbit Anti-BCL6 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC99) (CAT#: VS13-YC99)
The Rabbit Anti-BCL6 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human BCL6. BCL6 encodes a zinc finger transcription factor that represses transcription by interacting with POZ domain proteins, linked to DLBCL pathogenesis through translocations and hypermutations, showing variant isoform expression through splicing. The anti-BCL6 antibody can be used for Immunohistochemistry (1/100-1/200).
