High Affinity For Bont/A
The 3D12 clone demonstrated exceptionally high affinity for C. botulinum BoNT/A1 and A2 toxins in our ELISA assays. The KD values were consistent with the high sensitivity we observed. It was very effective for detecting the neurotoxin heavy chain in our samples.
Neutralization Activity Confirmed
We used this mouse monoclonal antibody in neutralization assays against Botulinum neurotoxin type A. It worked well to block the toxin's activity. The recombinant nature of the antibody, derived from a phage display library, ensures that we have a consistent supply of this specific reagent for our toxicology research.
