Mouse Anti-C1QTNF1 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1117)

This product is an anti-C1QTNF1 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting C1QTNF1. C1QTNF1 (also known as CTRP1) is an adipokine involved in metabolic and cardiovascular regulation. It stimulates the p38 MAPK and Akt pathways to enhance glucose uptake. It also has pro-inflammatory effects in the vascular endothelium and is associated with hypertension and atherosclerosis. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC931 and VS-0326-YC932, directed against C1QTNF1 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
