Mouse Anti-CARD9 Recombinant Antibody (CA966)

The anti-CARD9 recombinant antibody (CA966) reacts with human CARD9. CARD9 is an essential adaptor protein in the innate immune response against fungal pathogens. It transduces signals from C-type lectin receptors (like Dectin-1) to activate NF-κB and MAPK pathways. Mutations in CARD9 result in increased susceptibility to chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis. The anti-CARD9 antibody (CA966) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
