The Rabbit Anti-CAV1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse CAV1. CAV1 is a structural protein in plasma membrane caveolae involved in cell signaling and tumor suppression, with direct roles in integrating cellular cues like the Ras-ERK pathway. The anti-CAV1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/5000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
