The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-CBFB Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat CBFB. CBFB, part of the PEBP2/CBF transcription factor family, regulates gene expression in hematopoiesis, with rearrangements linked to leukemia, suggesting its importance in core pathways like RUNX interactions. The anti-CBFB antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
