Clone R66-7R-6 is a rabbit recombinant antibody that detects human CCL27 protein, a calculated weight of 13 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R66-7R-6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunofluorescence (dilution range 1:50-1:200), flow cytometry (dilution range 1:50).
