Figure 1 Binding of anti-CD155 antibodies to ectopically and endogenously expressed CD155.

Figure 1 Binding of anti-CD155 antibodies to ectopically and endogenously expressed CD155.

(A) HEK293 cells were transiently cotransfected with a mixture of 20 ug plasmid driving the expression of CD155 and 2 ug of a GFP expressing vector. Binding of anti-CD155 antibody 3F1, to cells positive for GFP is shown (solid lines). Shaded graphs depict the binding of appropriate isotype control antibody. (B) Binding of the anti-CD155 antibody to CD4+ CD8+ DP thymocytes (solid line) compared to that of corresponding isotype control antibody (shaded area).

Figure 2 CD155 expression in B cell subsets.

Figure 2 CD155 expression in B cell subsets.

Antibody 3F1 was used to monitor CD155 surface expression on several subpopulations of B cells by flow cytometry. GCB: germinal centre B cells; MZB: marginal zone B cells. Shaded areas reflect binding of isotype control antibody. Solid lines indicate CD155 expression detected by antibody 3F1 whereas dashed lines represent the corresponding 3F1 signal analyzing CD155-deficient animals.
