SmartAb™ Recombinant Anti-CD24 pH-dependent Antibody (Clone E4)

The anti-CD24 pH-dependent antibody (clone E4) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human CD24. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to CD24. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of CD24 on cells and tissues. Human CD24 is a small, heavily glycosylated protein anchored to the cell membrane. It is found on a wide range of cells, including B-cells, and its expression is often associated with immune cell activation and the development of certain cancers.
