Mouse Anti-CD2AP Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1118)

This product is an anti-CD2AP antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human CD2AP. CD2AP is an adaptor protein that interacts with CD2 and the actin cytoskeleton. It is essential for the structural integrity of the slit diaphragm in the kidney glomerulus. Mutations in CD2AP lead to nephrotic syndrome and are also linked to Alzheimer's disease risk. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC1088 and VS-0326-YC1089, directed against CD2AP were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).
