We needed to isolate CD58 from cell lysates to study its interaction with CD2. These beads provided a high yield of the target protein, and the elution process was gentle enough to preserve the protein-protein interactions for our subsequent analysis.

Convenient Magnetic Separation
The magnetic separation format is much faster than traditional column methods. It saved us a lot of hands-on time during the sample preparation step, and the beads responded very quickly to the magnetic stand we have in the lab.
