Rabbit Anti-CDCA3 Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-3H9) (CAT#: VS3-XY3305)
It is a recombinant rabbit antibody specific for CDCA3 (Cell division cycle associated 3), which acts by participating in E3 ligase complexes that mediate the ubiquitination and degradation of WEE1 kinase at G2/M phase. It specifically reacts with human, mouse and rat CDCA3. This product has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000 and 1/50-1/200.
