This product is a recombinant rabbit antibody targeting the CDCA5 (Cell division cycle associated 5), which is a regulator of sister chromatid cohesion in mitosis stabilizing cohesin complex association with chromatin. It recognizes and binds to human CDCA5. It has been determined using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
