Rabbit Anti-CDH10 Recombinant Antibody (clone R07-2E2)

This is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody, which detects human CDH10. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. This R07-2E2 antibody is validated for western blot analysis of cadherin 10 in MEF lysates and western blot analysis of cadherin 10 in U2OS, C6 lysates.

- Cadherins are calcium-dependent cell adhesion proteins. They preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells; cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types.
