The anti-CDHR5 recombinant antibody (CD988) reacts with human CDHR5. CDHR5 (Mucliner) is a transmembrane protein localized to the microvilli of intestinal and renal epithelial cells. It forms an intermicrovillar adhesion complex that organizes the brush border. CDHR5 signaling is involved in maintaining apical cell polarity and modulating the Wnt/β-catenin pathway; its downregulation is frequently associated with colorectal carcinogenesis. The anti-CDHR5 antibody (CD988) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
