Mouse Anti-CEACAM8 Recombinant Antibody (CE406)

The anti-CEACAM8 recombinant antibody (CE406) reacts with human CEACAM8. CEACAM8 (CD66b) is a GPI-anchored glycoprotein expressed exclusively on the surface of human granulocytes. It functions as a cell adhesion molecule and is widely used as a clinical marker for neutrophil activation. CEACAM8 mediates heterophilic adhesion with CEACAM1, influencing granulocyte migration and modulating the innate inflammatory response during infection. The anti-CEACAM8 antibody (CE406) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Western Blot (WB).
