This product is a chimeric (rabbit/human) IgG1 antibody that recognizes human CHODL, which is a type I membrane protein with a carbohydrate recognition domain characteristic of C-type lectins in its extracellular portion. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry at a dilution of 1:100.
