Mouse Anti-CLEC4M Recombinant Antibody (CL968)

The anti-CLEC4M recombinant antibody (CL968) reacts with human CLEC4M. CLEC4M (L-SIGN) is a calcium-dependent lectin found on liver sinusoidal endothelial cells. It functions as a high-affinity capture receptor for various pathogens, including Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) and SARS-CoV. It facilitates the endocytosis of pathogens and mediates their degradation or viral entry, acting as a critical interface between the host and systemic viruses. The anti-CLEC4M antibody (CL968) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
