Recombinant Human Anti-CMV Antibody (C10) (CAT#: HPAB-AP297-YC)
Antibodies reactive against antigenic domain 4 (AD4) (amino acids 121-132 and 344-438) of CMV AD169 envelope glycoprotein B (gB) were isolated from the plasma of a healthy volunteer having CMV- neutralizing activity. The anti-human cytomegalovirus antibody (C10) has high affinity to CMV with KD value of 3.97 nM. It can be used in the research of treatment, prophylaxis, detection, and diagnosis of human cytomegalovirus infection.

MAb CMV-C10 was used to capture an antigen from an extract of infected HELFs, which in turn was incubated with rabbit anti-fusion protein 1007-35, 1007-47 or 1007-74 serum at different dilutions, with rabbit pre-immune sera at different dilutions, or with incubation buffer, followed by immunodetection.
