This product is an anti-COLEC12 antibody panel that contains three antibodies targeting human COLEC12. COLEC12 (CL-P1) is a scavenger receptor expressed on vascular endothelial cells and macrophages. It contains a C-type lectin domain and a collagen-like domain. It recognizes and internalizes bacteria, oxidized LDL, and apoptotic cells. COLEC12 signaling is involved in the clearance of cellular debris and the modulation of vascular inflammatory responses. These anti-COLEC12 antibodies are widely used in Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
