Mouse Anti-COPE Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1174)

This product is an anti-COPE antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human COPE. COPE is a subunit of the heptameric COPI coatomer complex. It is essential for retrograde transport of vesicles from the Golgi apparatus back to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). COPE signaling ensures the recycling of ER-resident proteins and lipids, maintaining the distinct biochemical identity of these organelles within the secretory pathway. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC47 and VS-0326-YC48, directed against COPE were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).
