Rabbit Anti-CPSF3 Recombinant Antibody (clone R98-6D-6) (CAT#: VS3-FY2159)
This is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that is involved in the recognition of human CPSF3 protein, a calculated weight of 77 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. The R98-6D-6 is recommended for dilution of target protein by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), flow cytometry (dilution 1/50).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Component of the cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor (CPSF) complex that plays a key role in pre-mRNA 3'-end formation, recognizing the AAUAAA signal sequence and interacting with poly(A) polymerase and other factors to bring about cleavage and poly(A) addition. Has endonuclease activity, and functions as an mRNA 3'-end-processing endonuclease.
Also involved in the histone 3'-end pre-mRNA processing.
