The Rabbit Anti-CTCF Recombinant Antibody (clone 0725W72) targets a synthetic peptide derived from amino acids 628-727 of human CTCF. It is suitable for Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation-Sequencing (ChIP-seq), Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). CTCF is a transcriptional regulator with 11 zinc finger domains, acting as an activator or repressor based on cellular context and influencing imprinted expression. This antibody is a versatile tool for studying chromatin organization and gene regulation.
