This is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that is involved in the recognition of human CUL4B. It cross-reacts with hamster, rat. The R06-3D3 is recommended for dilution with western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100).
