The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-CYP27A1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat CYP27A1. CYP27A1 participates in cholesterol and lipid metabolism, linked to cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis through its oxidoreductase functions in pathways like cytochrome P450 substrate arrangements. The anti-CYP27A1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
