This product is a recombinant mouse antibody clone 4-74-6, which specifically binds to Cytochrome c.

Wells in plates were coated with yeast ferri-iso-l-cytochrome c and incubated with serially diluted hybridoma supernatants for 16-18 h at 5 centigrade. The details of the procedure are described in the Miniprint. Hybridomas supernatants are: ●, 4-74-6; ▼, 10-28-86; ■, 2-34-19; ∆, 2-96-12; ▲, 4-145-10; and □, 39-14. M-1 medium was used to dilute hybridoma supernatants with the exception that M-2 medium was used for mAb 10-28-86. Ten-fold (10 X) concentrated monoclonals were prepared from partially purified monoclonals (see the Miniprint). The reaction time of horseradish peroxidase was 2 h with the exception that it was 1 h for mAb 10-28-86. Ordinate, absorbance at 492 nm.
