Mouse Anti-DDX39B Recombinant Antibody (DD656)

The anti-DDX39B recombinant antibody (DD656) reacts with human and murine DDX39B. DDX39B (UAP56) is an essential RNA helicase involved in pre-mRNA splicing and the export of mature mRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. It acts as a bridge between the transcription machinery and the TREX export complex. DDX39B signaling is required for cellular proliferation; its overactivity is associated with the progression of various malignancies. The anti-DDX39B antibody (DD656) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
