Recombinant Human Anti-DENV Antibody Fab Fragment (HPAB-AP059-YC-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-AP059-YC-F(E))
This product is a Fab fragment of a human anti-dengue virus antibody (an anti-DENV antibody) that that cross-reacts with and neutralizes all four DENV serotypes. This anti-DENV Fab isotype antibody was screened by the phage display Fab library. It binds to a DENV envelope protein and the epitope is partially overlapping the interface between domains II and III. This product could be used in the research of vaccine and treatment of DENV infectious disease.
