The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-DROSHA Recombinant Antibody is specific for human DROSHA. DROSHA initiates microRNA synthesis, part of the microprocessor complex catalyzing pri-miRNA processing, with mutations affecting miRNA pathways and linked to cancer. The anti-DROSHA antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
