Mouse Anti-DTX2 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1178)

This product is an anti-DTX2 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human DTX2. DTX2 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that acts as a regulator of the Notch signaling pathway. It contains a RING finger domain and facilitates the ubiquitination of the Notch intracellular domain (NICD). DTX2-mediated signaling can modulate Notch-dependent cell fate decisions and has been implicated in the cellular response to DNA damage and repair. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC782 and VS-0326-YC783, directed against DTX2 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).
