Mouse Anti-ETHE1 Recombinant Antibody (ET150)

The anti-ETHE1 recombinant antibody (ET150) reacts with human ETHE1. ETHE1 is a mitochondrial matrix enzyme essential for the detoxification of hydrogen sulfide (H2S). It catalyzes the oxidation of persulfides to sulfite. Mutations in ETHE1 lead to Ethylmalonic Encephalopathy, where toxic accumulation of sulfide inhibits mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase, resulting in severe neurological and vascular damage. The anti-ETHE1 antibody (ET150) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
