• Application Notes
• Antibody 38-1-10A was used for binding to the EV71 virion in a competitive ELISA. For immunoprecipitation, the beads-antibody complex was incubated with pre-cleared EV71-containing supernatants. Antibody 38-1-10A neutralized virus at picomolar level. Antibody 38-1-10A conferred full protection from lethality by EV71 in the infected mice at a prophylactic dose of 0.4 mg/kg.
