Recombinant Anti-F11 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC102)

The anti-F11 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human F11. F11 is a coagulation factor XI, crucial in the intrinsic blood coagulation pathway. The antibody has a novel F11-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble F11 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
