Mouse Anti-FAM3D Recombinant Antibody (FA874)

The anti-FAM3D recombinant antibody (FA874) reacts with human FAM3D. FAM3D is a secreted cytokine-like protein primarily expressed in the gastrointestinal tract. It functions as a ligand for the FPR2 receptor and is involved in modulating the innate immune response and glucose metabolism. FAM3D signaling appears to have protective effects in the gut by maintaining the mucosal barrier and regulating inflammatory cell recruitment. The anti-FAM3D antibody (FA874) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
