Human Anti-FGF19 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-FY80)

A high-affinity, fully human monoclonal antibody specifically engineered to treat FGF19-driven Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC). Unlike traditional inhibitors that trigger severe bile-acid-related toxicity, this antibody selectively targets the N-terminus of FGF19. This site-specific mechanism effectively blocks the tumorigenic signaling pathway and inhibits tumor cell proliferation while preserving the growth factor's essential physiological role in bile acid regulation.
