Mouse Anti-FGFR1OP Recombinant Antibody (FG152)

The anti-FGFR1OP recombinant antibody (FG152) reacts with human FGFR1OP. FGFR1OP (also known as FOP) is a centrosomal protein that regulates microtubule organization and ciliogenesis. It is frequently involved in chromosomal translocations with FGFR1, creating a fusion protein that causes 8p11 Myeloproliferative Syndrome. The FOP-FGFR1 chimera displays constitutive kinase activity, leading to the malignant transformation of myeloid cells. The anti-FGFR1OP antibody (FG152) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
