CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-FKBP5 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC403) (CAT#: VS13-YC403)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-FKBP5 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and rat FKBP5. FKBP5, shares similar functional properties, modulating stress responses and interacting with hormone complex pathways, implicated in cellular regulation and disorders involving immunosuppression targets. The anti-FKBP5 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Component of unligated steroid receptors heterocomplexes through interaction with heat-shock protein 90 (HSP90). Plays a role in the intracellular trafficking of heterooligomeric forms of steroid hormone receptors maintaining the complex into the cytoplasm when unliganded.
Acts as a regulator of Akt/AKT1 activity by promoting the interaction between Akt/AKT1 and PHLPP1, thereby enhancing dephosphorylation and subsequent activation of Akt/AKT1.
