The anti-FOXJ3 recombinant antibody (FO1069) reacts with human FOXJ3. FOXJ3 is a transcription factor involved in the regulation of mitochondrial biogenesis and slow-twitch muscle fiber identity. It coordinates the expression of the PGC-1alpha pathway. FOXJ3 signaling is essential for maintaining the metabolic capacity of skeletal muscle and is also implicated in the early stages of neural development and spermatogenesis. The anti-FOXJ3 antibody (FO1069) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
