Recombinant Anti-FSTL3 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC124)

The anti-FSTL3 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human FSTL3 and mouse FSTL3 (binding weakly). FSTL3 is associated with leukemogenesis and partakes in the follistatin-module family. The antibody has a novel FSTL3-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble FSTL3 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
