Mouse Anti-GNAS Recombinant Antibody (GN557)

The anti-GNAS recombinant antibody (GN557) reacts with human GNAS. GNAS is a complex imprinted locus encoding the alpha subunit of the stimulatory G-protein (Gsα). It mediates adenylyl cyclase activation downstream of GPCRs. Mutations lead to diverse disorders like McCune-Albright syndrome or pseudohypoparathyroidism, depending on the parental origin of the allele. The anti-GNAS antibody (GN557) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
