Mouse Anti-GNL3 Recombinant Antibody (GN926)

The anti-GNL3 recombinant antibody (GN926) reacts with human and murine GNL3. GNL3 (Nucleostemin) is a GTP-binding protein localized in the nucleolus. It regulates the cell cycle and genomic stability in stem cells and cancer cells. GNL3 signaling is involved in p53 sequestration; its high expression maintains the self-renewal capacity of stem cells and promotes tumor proliferation. The anti-GNL3 antibody (GN926) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
