Specific For Activated Platelets
We needed an antibody that recognizes the GPIIb-IIIa complex, and this recombinant human antibody was perfect. It specifically binds to the complex found on platelets, which is crucial for our thrombosis research. We used it in ELISA and obtained clear, reproducible signals corresponding to antigen concentration.
High Purity IgM Recombinant
It is often hard to find high-quality IgM antibodies, but this recombinant product was excellent. The purity was greater than 95%, and it showed no signs of degradation. It performed reliably in our affinity assays, helping us characterize the interaction between fibrinogen and the integrin complex.
