Mouse Anti-GPR83 Recombinant Antibody (GP1016)

The anti-GPR83 recombinant antibody (GP1016) reacts with human and murine GPR83. GPR83 is predominantly expressed in the brain and regulatory T-cells (Tregs). It is involved in thermoregulation, stress response, and immune tolerance. GPR83 signaling can modulate the induction of Foxp3 in T-cells, thereby influencing the suppressive capacity of the adaptive immune system. The anti-GPR83 antibody (GP1016) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
