Rabbit Anti-GRK2 Polyclonal Antibody (CAT#: VS3-WK1568)

This antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against human GRK2, which can phosphorylate the beta-adrenergic receptor as well as a wide range of other substrates including non-GPCR cell surface receptors, cytoskeletal, mitochondrial, and transcription factor proteins. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen (synthesized peptide derived from human GRK2). It can detect endogenous levels of GRK2. This product was tested for use in WB and ELISA.
