AbPlus™ Anti-GYS1 Magnetic Beads (CBACN-248) (CAT#: VS-0424-XY116)
The AbPlus Anti-GYS1 Magnetic Beads (CBACN-248) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-GYS1 specific antibody (CBACN-248). The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of GYS1 protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the addition of glucose monomers to the growing glycogen molecule through the formation of alpha-1,4-glycoside linkages. Mutations in this gene are associated with muscle glycogen storage disease. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
