Rabbit Anti-H2AFY Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC493) (CAT#: VS13-YC493)
The Rabbit Anti-H2AFY Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat H2AFY. H2AFY relates to a replication-independent histone part of the H2A family, replacing conventional H2A histones in certain nucleosomes. It represses transcription and participates in stable X chromosome inactivation, with multiple transcript variants resulting from alternative splicing. The anti-H2AFY antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200).
