Mouse Anti-HAND1 Recombinant Antibody (HA159)

The anti-HAND1 recombinant antibody (HA159) reacts with human HAND1. HAND1 is a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor essential for cardiac morphogenesis and extraembryonic development. It regulates the differentiation of the left ventricle and trophoblast cells. HAND1 signaling is critical for cardiac looping; mutations result in severe congenital heart defects. The anti-HAND1 antibody (HA159) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
