HDAC10, a histone deacetylase family member, modifies chromatin structure through histone deacetylation, affecting transcription regulation, cell cycle progression, and development, with alternative splicing leading to different isoforms. The anti-HDAC10 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/1000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry (1/50-1/200).
