Mouse Anti-HLA-F Recombinant Antibody (HL399)

The anti-HLA-F recombinant antibody (HL399) reacts with human, mouse and rat HLA-F. HLA-F is a non-classical MHC class I molecule. Unlike HLA-A/B/C, it exists in open conformers and is involved in the regulation of NK cell and T-cell activity through interaction with LILR receptors. HLA-F signaling is upregulated during inflammatory stress and is thought to play a role in maternal-fetal tolerance. The anti-HLA-F antibody (HL399) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
